Application of polypropylene cold band:
Surface treatment: rust removal, removal of slag, burr, oil dirt, manual derusting of St3 grade, sandblasting and Sa2 grade;
Painting primer: A and B are evenly stirred and coated with brush or roller.
Lap winding: after the primer is dry (usually 5-10min), it can be coiled.
Transportation storage of polypropylene cold wrap:
Polypropylene cold wind belt should be in a cool, 5 ℃ - 30 ℃ under the environment of storage, away from heat and open flame;
The polypropylene cold belt is exposed to the sun during transportation.
Polypropylene cold wind belt is 5 ℃ below critical frozen for a long time, need to be around 20 ℃ for 48 hours later, just can use.
